
Luxury Hotel Wedding and Events Coordinator

As a Wedding and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of wedding and event planning, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client experiences.
About the Role- Plan and Coordinate Weddings and Events: Manage every detail of weddings and events from initial inquiry to completion, including proposal creation, contract management, and function sheet preparation.
- Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Internal Department Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen, banqueting, front office, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient event execution.
- Client Communication: Conduct site visits and meetings with clients, delivering professional and warm experiences that meet their expectations.
- Event Execution: Oversee events from start to finish, guaranteeing impeccable quality and exceeding client expectations.
- Proven Experience: Possess proven experience in wedding and/or event management within a hotel or venue setting.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities, juggling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
- Communication Abilities: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively interacting with clients and internal teams.
