Event Planning and Coordination

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute all aspects of wedding and event operations, ensuring seamless execution from enquiry through to conclusion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining exceptional communication and delivering superior attention to detail.
  • Develop and manage event proposals, contracts, and function sheets in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Carry out site visits and client meetings, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain meticulous oversight of event budgets, timelines, and resource requirements, consistently exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in wedding and/or event planning within a hotel or venue setting.
  • Superb organisational and multitasking abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen sense of detail and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by events schedule.
  • Proficiency in event management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
