Wedding & Events Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our luxury hotel in Killarney, Ireland.

About the Role:
  • Manage all aspects of wedding and event planning and coordination
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial enquiry through to event completion
  • Prepare and manage event proposals, contracts, and function sheets

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in wedding and/or event management within a hotel or venue setting, with strong organisational and multitasking skills. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.
