Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join our team and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile events.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage event concepts, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings, delivering a professional and warm experience.
  • Exceed client expectations by ensuring events are executed to the highest standard.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource requirements for each event.
  • Assist in developing packages, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive bookings.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in wedding and/or event management within a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by events schedule.
  • Proficiency in event systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
