Job Title

Privileged Access Management Specialist


Key Responsibilities
  • Performing daily operational administration of the PAM environment, handling routine technical issues independently.
  • Maintaining and responding to alerts generated by PAM solutions in a timely manner.
  • Delivering the PAM service in line with our strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborating on configuration, deployment, and maintenance of PAM solution components.
  • Supporting version upgrades, patching, and maintenance of the environment.
  • Executing routine change activities and ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Participating in regular Disaster Recovery (DR) and Failover testing exercises.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation within PAM operations.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Maintaining high-quality documentation and knowledge base.
  • Collaborating with senior technical resources and other departments to drive business outcomes.
  • Participating in PAM forum meetings to stay informed and contribute insights.
  • Complying with risk management programs and security policies at all times.
  • Supporting Audit and Governance requirements for PAM to ensure compliance.
  • Responding to Critical Incident Response situations in the event of major incidents.

Requirements
  • Holding a third-level qualification in Information Security or IT, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Possessing at least five years' experience in an IT Security role, with hands-on experience in PAM or cybersecurity operations.
  • Having working experience with PAM Solutions (e.g., CyberArk) and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Demonstrating good problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues independently.
  • Experiencing with Network and Endpoint Defence strategies.
  • Being able to collaborate effectively with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Understanding information security and risk control frameworks.
  • Recognized certifications desired (e.g., Security +, CISSP).
