Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our Cyber Security operations and drive growth in our security practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cross-functional teams, scheduling, and capacity planning for SOC services.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality and efficient security operations, ensuring seamless client interactions.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding SOC services and cybersecurity incidents.
  • Conduct regular service review meetings with customers to discuss performance, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT service delivery, SOC operations, or cybersecurity leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
  • Good ability with MS Office, especially Excel (PowerBI experience an advantage).
  • Some experience in project management (certification optional).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
