We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to assume the role of Assistant Bar Manager at our esteemed hotel.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure that all food and drink are served to the highest standards of quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
- Introduce innovative approaches to service delivery.
- Contribute to creating an exceptional atmosphere through well-trained staff delivering outstanding service.
- Manage and train the team in the art of upselling and revenue growth.
- Maintain the security of cash, credit cards, and floats, ensuring all transactions and banking are completed accurately with no discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within a high-end hospitality environment in Ireland.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale systems, including back-office management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
