Senior Bar Operations Manager

Our hotel is seeking an experienced Senior Bar Operations Manager to join their management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar operations and management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the bars/beverage department, including bar food service for multiple outlets.
  • Lead a team of up to 30-40 staff members while on duty.
  • Assist with hands-on tasks as needed.
  • Cover duty management shifts for the entire hotel.
  • Conduct weekly stocktakes.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Drive sales initiatives with the hotel's sales team.
  • Ensure excellent guest service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in busy 3*/4* hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of the bars/beverage industry and its innovations.
  • HACCP trained.
  • Ability to multitask and assist where required.
  • Previous experience with a hotel front office system is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Availability to work early/late shifts.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
