This is an exciting opportunity for 2025 graduates to launch their careers in the funds industry.

  • As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple teams, including Regulatory Compliance, Valuations, Portfolio Management, Company Secretary, Platform Projects and Services, Product Services, Business Process Analysis and Information Security, as well as in our Kilkenny office for Financial Reporting Oversight, Client Reporting, and Fund Expense Management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, statistical modelling, and data interpretation, with exposure to tools like Excel, Python, R, or SQL.

  • Key skills include:
    • Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail.
    • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and write concise reports.
    • Quick learning of new tools and concepts, with good time management and ethical awareness in handling data and decision-making.
