Funds Associate

A highly respected international law firm is seeking a talented lawyer to work alongside experienced practitioners in the investment funds space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior lawyers in conducting due diligence on investment fund transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Analyze complex financial data to inform investment decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in investment funds or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
