Avature is looking for a highly motivated Operations Scheduler Specialist to join our team in Dublin as part of our hybrid working model.

As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting senior project managers and schedulers in developing and maintaining detailed schedules in P6 & Microsoft Project.

  • Collaborate with the Planning Engineer to create and update schedules in P6 & Microsoft Project.
  • Manage sub-contractor programs in line with the master schedule specification.
  • Interpret project documentation to ensure accurate information.
  • Develop effective programs by applying planning techniques with guidance from the Planning Engineer.
  • Prepare concise reports and supporting documents for quality submissions on projects.
  • Utilize various planning techniques and tools to communicate program information effectively.
  • Work closely with operational teams to identify and address program risks.
  • Contribute to planning workshops with clients, operational teams, and subcontractors.
  • Track project progress and prepare reports against project requirements.
  • Assess changes in programs and support commercial teams.
  • Evaluate subcontract programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scheduling techniques.
