Epic Willow Implementation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Epic Willow Analyst, where you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on the implementation and optimization of Epic's Willow module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and experience in designing, building, and testing Epic Willow modules
- Collaborate with end-users to design and build the Epic system in a timely and professional manner
- Lead small to medium complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives or enhancements
- Participate in design and validation sessions and ensure appropriate documentation and issue escalation occurs
- Provide technical and/or clinical consultation, including application configuration
- Develop, support, and maintain all required system design and build documents and other system documentation
- Perform daily monitoring of applications in production use
- Actively participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle and perform unit, system, and integrated testing tasks and activities for Epic Care Inpatient workflow
- Provide support of application incidents reported through the help desk, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of software functionality and operational workflows
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree required (Associate, Bachelor, Master, or proven years of healthcare experience)
- Active/Epic certification in at least one area (Willow, Beacon) and strong Epic experience
- Direct client healthcare domain knowledge (clinical documentation workflow, patient portal, closing encounters, patient flow)
- Able to demonstrate team management, cross-team communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
