Job Description:

Our client is seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence professional to drive process improvements, enhance efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies, with a proven track record of implementing successful projects.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase productivity.
  • Methodology Application: Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement techniques to drive sustainable results.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, driving business outcomes.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to equip colleagues with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive excellence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, providing insights to inform future initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with experience in leading and supporting PDCA and DMAIC problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to drive cultural change and promote a culture of continuous learning, development, and innovation.
