Job Title: Home Care Scheduling Co-ordinator

Role Overview

As a Scheduler at our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating the seamless scheduling and management of our dedicated staff across various service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record care calls accurately using our Care Management System (CMS)
  • Manage changes efficiently and communicate with clients, team members, and managers as needed

Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role or with transferable skills
