We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Therapist to join our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing goal-focused therapeutic support to children and young people.
Your responsibilities will include undertaking Functional Assessments and developing Multi Element Behaviour Support Plans to improve the quality of life for individuals. You will also be responsible for promoting Positive Behaviour Support across the organisation by quality checking and improving Personal Plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualised therapeutic support to children and young people in collaboration with their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all therapeutic activity.
- Understand and adhere to child protection safeguarding procedures.
- A recognised qualification in Behavioural Therapy with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience working with diverse client groups and varied needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and prioritise workload effectively.
