Job Overview

The Associate Director of Manufacturing and Quality will lead site-level learning strategies for Manufacturing, Quality, Health & Safety, and Central Functions.

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver future-focused learning solutions
  • Design and implement site-specific technical learning initiatives that support compliance, manufacturing excellence, and employee development
  • Champion modern, technology-enabled learning methods
  • Lead and develop the site Learning & Development team, fostering innovation and continuous learning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, HR, and Subject Matter Experts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development in a regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and compliance training
  • Proven leadership experience in L&D teams in a manufacturing or regulated setting
