This role offers an hourly pay rate of €20.00 per hour and a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5.30pm. Our hybrid working arrangement includes three days in the office.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite, and presentation interviews
  • Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and ensuring background checks are completed
  • Build strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to drive an efficient process and provide a positive candidate experience

You will be responsible for mastering our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools, and organizational products, including Workday, Quip, and Google Suite.
