Mint Marketing Talent is an innovative international Irish tourism brand that requires a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Craft and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and media partners, to develop and implement effective brand and trading strategies.
  3. Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement, applying data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain a robust online presence, driving engagement through targeted search and digital campaigns.
  5. Produce high-quality, customer-facing content and copy, adapted for diverse touchpoints and languages.
  6. Support trade marketing communications, sales campaigns, and consumer sales events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  7. Contribute to the development and management of the marketing budget, prioritising efficiency and effectiveness in all activities.
  8. Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and market trends, applying this knowledge to enhance consumer understanding and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a well-established brand.
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with proficiency in design tools, analytics platforms, and social media channels.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or communications.
  • Experience in coordinating with external agencies and suppliers, with a focus on delivering results-oriented campaigns.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
  • SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE IN SELLING TO INTERNATIONAL CONSUMERS (UK, EU) IS HIGHLY DESIRED.
