Senior Business Process Analyst - GBS Metrics

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Analyst to drive enterprise-wide transformation by delivering strategic project execution, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of Global Business Services (GBS) processes through data-driven insights and automation.

  • Develop and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to support strategic decision-making and business process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Digital organization to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of automation and analytical tools that support GBS transformation goals.
  • Design and develop dashboards to ensure data accuracy, periodic refreshes, and actionable insights.
  • Monitor and report on project progress against key performance indicators, including financials, timelines, risks, and scope variances.
  • Integrate Pfizer's technology platforms into analytics and automation workflows.
Requirements:
  • 13 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development.
  • Strong understanding of automation design and deployment.
  • Basic SQL or data modeling skills.
  • Experience or familiarity with UX design principles for building intuitive and user-friendly automation interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal, for presenting insights and collaborating across teams and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix, cross-functional environment.
  • Power Platform Certification or equivalent is a plus.
