Role Overview:
The Customer Support Representative 1 role is a dynamic opportunity for an individual to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and efficient responses to customer queries
- Handle customer orders accurately and within agreed service levels
- Liaise with relevant teams to ensure prompt delivery to customers
- Manage urgent and emergency orders as needed
- Log all internal and external customer feedback correctly and on time
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Fluency in Italian
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
