About the Opportunity:

We have an exciting career path available for a seasoned construction professional to join our team in the coordination of site activities, including civil works and installation of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (MEICA) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the procurement and acquisition of all necessary materials, labour, and parts for projects
  • Develop and implement timeline plans for civil and MEICA installations from contract award to completion and handover of all documentation
  • Coordinate site personnel for projects
  • Support project delivery on time and within specified parameters
  • Prepare technical reports, method statements, and commissioning schedules
  • Manage health and safety documentation and enforce safe work practices onsite during all EPS installation
  • Ensure that technical assessments are completed as required and technical issues are resolved promptly
  • Oversee submittals through the approvals process, track procurement and delivery of equipment, and complete receipt verification once equipment is delivered
  • Liaise with the design team and supply chain to ensure systems meet specifications and drawings
  • Attend quality meetings and participate in QA/QC walk downs when required
  • Evaluate RFI responses to ensure there are no engineering issues
  • Review and answer technical queries from site regarding specifications, drawings, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure site supervisors work off the latest drawings at all times
  • Issue requisitions and ensure all materials delivered match specifications and submittals
Qualifications:

Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree; 3+ years experience in a similar role; full EU/Irish driving licence.
