About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, leading machine builder and automation specialist.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong commercial awareness, project delivery skills, and excellent customer-facing abilities.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of delivering bespoke automation and machine build projects, elevating structure, delivery, and client engagement processes across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full project ownership from kick-off through delivery – budget, planning, resourcing, and execution
  • Liaise directly with customers and internal technical teams to manage scope, timelines, and quality
  • Drive project delivery schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement project frameworks and reporting tools
  • Act as a key customer contact and brand ambassador throughout the delivery phase

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project management within machine building, special purpose machinery, or automation is essential
  • Strong customer-facing skills with ability to manage complex technical discussions
  • Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Brings energy, ownership, and structure to project delivery
  • Existing network in automation or Med/Food/Auto sectors would be a plus
