We are seeking an experienced senior marketing professional to lead the sales, revenue, and events strategy for a well-established hotel in Wicklow. The successful candidate will manage a small team and play a key role in driving business growth, brand positioning, and market presence.

  • Develop and deliver annual strategic plans and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate sales, marketing, and revenue teams to achieve growth targets.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, client visits, and familiarization trips.
  • Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Manage relationships with external partners including PR, travel networks, and digital marketing agencies.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Report on sales, marketing, and revenue performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role within the hotel/hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality practices and revenue management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
  • Flexible to travel for business development and client engagement.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Experience with Hotsoft is an advantage.
