Senior Tax Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled tax professional to join our prestigious tax team in Carlow.

This role offers a unique blend of advisory and compliance work, making it ideal for a candidate who thrives on variety and values technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and review corporate and personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee junior staff and contribute to process improvements.
Tax Advisory Services:

Work closely with partners and clients to provide tailored advice on restructuring, succession planning, tax planning, and cross-border matters.

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong long-term relationships.
  • Liaise with Revenue authorities and other stakeholders as required.
  • Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and translate this into practical advice for clients.
Requirements:
  • CTA qualified (or equivalent), with 5+ years' experience in practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset.
  • Experience handling both compliance and advisory projects.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and juggle multiple client needs.
