**Job Responsibilities**

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating new relationships with small to medium and large-sized businesses in the DACH region and demonstrating how they can build brand awareness and increase product sales using our unique digital marketing advertising solutions and analytics.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, researching, and contacting potential new partner businesses
  • Working with businesses and brands to understand their strategic and tactical goals and co-creating customized marketing plans
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of partners' business goals and offering educated insights to help them succeed
  • Building and maintaining a book of business and developing long-term relationships with clients
  • Meeting set KPIs and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to share knowledge and best practices

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Experience in sales or a related field with a focus on building relationships with businesses
  • Understanding of digital marketing terms and metrics, such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A strong desire to make a positive impact on businesses
