We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Accountant to join our team as a Finance Lead. This role will involve leading and managing a team, preparing quarterly accounting ledgers, and reviewing key balance sheet reconciliations.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing quarterly accounting ledgers for syndicates;
- Liaising with colleagues across Finance regarding close timelines and ad-hoc issues;
- Managing workload and development of the team;
- Finance projects and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications, 2 years PQE, and some insurance knowledge. They should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
