Dental Leadership Role

As a senior dental professional, you will oversee the operational management of our dental clinics. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance patient care and service standards.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure all staff are aware of current clinical standards and guidelines.
  • Support complex treatment planning by providing technical guidance to clinical teams based on extensive experience in orthodontics, implant surgery, and prosthetic rehabilitation.
  • Train and mentor dental and administrative staff in specialist techniques.
  • Deliver training sessions on patient care, infection control, radiology protocols, and clinical safety procedures.
  • Manage budgets, control expenditure, and oversee procurement of dental materials, surgical instruments, and equipment.
