We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dental team as a Dental Operations Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to combine management skills with exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the dental practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care as a dental nurse, assisting dentists during various procedures and maintaining a clean and organized surgery environment.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record dental charting and treatment notes, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records.
- Inventory Management: Manage dental supplies and inventory, restocking as necessary to maintain optimal levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dental receptionist to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and a personable attitude, able to effectively interact with patients, staff, and dentists.
- Management Experience: Previous management experience preferred but not required, comfortable managing an experienced team.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate business acumen and knowledge of Human Resources and Health & Safety protocols.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
