Job Title: Dental Practice Manager/Dental Nurse

Job Description

As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for managing the practice while providing chairside assistance during various treatment procedures. This role requires strong communication skills, a personable and positive attitude, and excellent patient record-keeping abilities.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling. Previous management experience is beneficial but not necessary, as we are open to training the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing competent chairside assistance during various treatment procedures
  • Assisting dentists during orthodontic procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Recording accurate and detailed dental charting and treatment notes
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dental surgery, following strict infection control protocols
  • Decontaminating and sterilizing dental instruments, equipment, and materials for treatment
  • Ensuring all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions
  • Managing and maintaining dental supplies and inventory, restocking as necessary
