Dental Practice Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced dental professional to lead our team. As a dual role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice as well as providing chairside assistance to dentists during various treatment procedures.
Job Description:
- Manage the practice's administrative tasks, including staff supervision and coordination of schedules.
- Assist dentists during treatments, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment notes and dental charting.
- Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in dental nursing and management preferred.
- Good understanding of infection control protocols and decontamination procedures.
- Knowledge of dental software and equipment.
