Dental Receptionist

Dame Street Dental Hospital is hiring an experienced dental receptionist for our busy dental practice situated in the City Center.
We work with the latest technology in a beautiful environment and provide both general and specialist dentistry including implants with digital radiography and CBCT.
We have flexible extended opening hours, making us a convenient choice for patients and team members.
We are looking for an experienced front desk receptionist comfortable with 5 star service to become a valued member of our team. Familiarity with EXACT software is preferable; however, training will be provided to the right candidate. Duties will include:
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
- Multiline phone management
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing emails
- Preparing patients' charts for dental staff
- Updating patient records
- Preparing billing statements and accepting payments
Experience working in a dental office is essential.
We have a full-time position currently available, minimum of 36 hours per week Monday to Sunday.
