We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality and Risk Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing quality and risk functions, as well as leading cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing quality and risk management arrangements, including compliance, accreditation, and supporting a culture of learning and continuous quality improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing quality and risk functions, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Leading the development and implementation of quality and risk management arrangements
- Collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements include:
Minimum 5 years' experience in senior management roles, preferably within a healthcare setting
Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proven track record of timely reporting and decision-making
Experience in managing quality and risk functions, including compliance, accreditation, and continuous quality improvement
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Third-level qualification in a related field, such as healthcare or business
