Senior Quality Assurance Manager

The position entails senior-level quality assurance leadership and oversight for internal and external projects, encompassing commercial manufacture in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
- Responsible for day-to-day implementation of Quality Systems and Compliance functions suitable for combination products.
- Leads or assists in continuous improvement initiatives as assigned, collaborating with senior leaders, direct managers, peers, departmental or non-departmental personnel, internal customers, external clients, and other cross-functional peers across the organization.
- Performs, reviews, and approves risk assessments and proposes risk mitigations and/or corrective/preventive actions to reduce process/product variation as part of the Quality Risk Management program.
- Provides QA product/client relations and support while working with clients and different teams at the site.
- Liaises between Quality Assurance and other departments to ensure Quality Assurance commitments are completed and to identify areas to improve data trends or process/product outcomes.
- Must be capable of working independently and strategically to ensure day-to-day activities are carried out in support of business goals.
