Quality Assurance Manager

The National Head of Quality and Risk will have lead responsibility in developing and implementing quality and risk management arrangements. This will include compliance, accreditation, and supporting a culture of learning and continuous quality improvement.

This role requires the ideal candidate to have a minimum of 5 years senior management experience and come from a healthcare setting. The candidate must have experience in managing a Quality and Risk function or at least a Regional Operational Management role in a healthcare setting. Additionally, experience of working as part of a senior management team within a healthcare organisation is paramount. A minimum of a third-level qualification in a healthcare-related degree is also required.

- Experience in managing a Quality and Risk function or Regional Operational Management role
- Third-level qualification in a healthcare-related degree
