Quality Assurance Programme Manager

The Quality Assurance Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing the organisation's Quality Assurance programme in line with best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the preparation of a comprehensive inventory of projects and programmes across all stages of the lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with stakeholders to validate inventory data against expenditure and pipeline projects.
- Review and ensure compliance with annual reporting requirements, coordinating the completion of mandatory QA checklists as set out in relevant guidelines.
- Provide guidance and quality review of inputs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Compile findings into a clear summary report, highlighting key areas for improvement.
- Degree or professional qualification in finance, auditing, public administration, governance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and public sector governance requirements.
- At least 5 years' experience in financial management, audit, compliance, or project governance, with a proven track record in preparing reports for senior stakeholders.
