Imagine transforming businesses through innovative Dynamics 365 solutions. As a leading Business Central Functional Consultant, you will shape and grow our service line, delivering top-notch services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions across finance, operations, and supply chain modules.
  • Deliver functional design documents, test plans, and user training.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Business Central engagements with clients.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including scoping and proposal development.
  • Identify opportunities for service line improvement, innovation, and growth.
Required Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of six years' experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) in a functional capacity is essential.
  • Proven experience in delivering full lifecycle Business Central implementations is required.
  • A strong understanding of core modules, including Finance, Inventory, Projects, and Manufacturing, is crucial.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to lead discovery sessions and articulate business benefits, are necessary.
  • The ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a startup-style team within a larger organization is vital.
