The Electrical Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Reporting to site management, this individual will lead and coordinate teams of electrical engineering professionals on site.


">Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Ensure a safe working environment with robust systems of work, competent personnel, and a culture of safety.">
  • Supervise activity/work package delivery and record daily activity logs for all site activities.">
  • Liaise with various trade professionals to organize new work areas and ensure seamless coordination.">
  • Manage direct site staff and direct them to designated work areas.">
  • Attend regular site meetings with site management to update on progress.">
  • Provide technical support to trade teams.">
  • Ensure all work areas are clear and ready for handover.">

">Requirements

  • ">
  • Senior trades qualification or equivalent coupled with 5+ years' site experience ideally within pharmaceutical/medical device, commercial, industrial, or data centre type sectors.">
  • Strong understanding of site activities and how they are planned and coordinated.">
  • General knowledge of electrical, utilities, cable sizing, transformers etc.">
  • Ability to interpret schematics & electrical drawings.">
  • Record of success as a trade leader.">
  • Familiarity with materials ordering and lead times.">
  • Strong client focus.">
  • Commercial acumen.">
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.">
