Lead Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Operations Manager to oversee daily site operations and lead a high-performing team at our leisure venue in Dublin.

This is a hands-on leadership role with significant potential for growth and development, responsible for maintaining operational standards across all departments.

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe and effective management of the team and venue.
  • Maintain operational standards across all departments, including gaming, food, beverage, events, and sports.
  • Lead, coach, and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage business processes, including transactions and inventory.
  • Foster a positive, team-focused work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Lead Operations Manager in a leisure or hospitality setting. They will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and deliver high-quality customer service.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Lead Operations Manager in leisure, hospitality, or food & beverage.
