Leading Site Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to lead our high spec residential development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a time served background or be degree qualified and have extensive experience in delivering large-scale construction projects.
Main Responsibilities- Liaising with the Contracts Manager for day-to-day operations
- Co-ordinating project activities with the Design Team and Client
- Collaborating with the Senior Engineer on engineering details and design
- Requisitioning materials and plant with the Purchasing Manager
- Controlling labour, plant, and equipment on site with the Finishing Foreman
- Maintaining site records in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
- Managing Sub-contractors, engineering, and operational staff on site
- Scheduling weekly Work programmes and reviewing progress against the Master Construction Programme
- Trade Qualifications or a minimum 10 years Site Management experience, OR Engineering degree/Diploma or related discipline
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate a high degree of responsibility
