Product Engineering Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Engineering Manager to lead our team in Dublin, Ireland. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy solving complex technical challenges in a culture where everyone trusts each other to do the right thing.

  • Manage and oversee the Product Engineering Group and provide engineering support for commercial aircraft programs at our facility in Dublin.
  • Represent the engineering team on our leadership team and facilitate communication between our engineering resources and global CAG technical resources.
  • Develop repair capabilities for products within customer contracts and regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate production assembly and test instructions to maintain efficient production.
  • Identify and address issues impacting quality, cost, and delivery performance promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science and/or Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Proven technical expertise in repairing and overhauling aircraft hardware, specifically fuel-engine accessories, precision hydraulic components, or related technologies.
  • Awareness of aircraft engine technology and up-to-date market trends, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of product development and manufacturing processes, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
