Job Title:Farm Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our oyster farm. The appointee will be responsible for managing farm staff, resources, and operations in a fluctuating environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of farm staff: We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills to manage our team effectively.
  • Resource management: The successful candidate will be able to allocate resources efficiently to ensure smooth farm operations.
  • Operations management: You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of farm operations, including harvesting, preparation, and dispatch.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience: In the aquaculture sector, preferably in a similar role.
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including farm staff, contractors, and management.
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in computer software relevant to farm operations.
  • Language skills: Good English, spoken and written.
  • Driving Licence: Essential for farm operations.
