Job Description

Servicing and collection of past due loan accounts, execution of calls to owners worldwide requesting payment and aiming to reduce delinquency.

Providing regular updates on overdue accounts, communicating with owners by various means to discuss resolutions and bring their account back in good standing.

  • Review specific situations and support owners on late fees, historical payments and methods of payments.
  • Co-ordinate pay off quotations, credit card charges and enrolments.
  • Liaise with bank and credit card companies for authorization codes.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently to resolve customer issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience within a customer service based role.
  • MS Office Experience.
