Green Building Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to play a crucial role in shaping the future of sustainable design.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experts to deliver innovative and environmentally responsible solutions for large-scale commercial and residential projects.

Your responsibilities will include incorporating sustainable design strategies into developments, conducting energy modeling, advising on renewable energy systems, and ensuring projects meet certifications such as LEED or BREEAM.

  • A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sustainability or environmental engineering, ideally on large-scale projects, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as LEED or BREEAM is essential.
  • Experience with energy modeling software (e.g., IES, EnergyPlus) is desirable.
  • A strong passion for sustainable design and a deep understanding of green building technologies is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams are essential.
