We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team in our Menswear Department at Arnotts on a Part Time contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience through exceptional product knowledge, building rapport, and showcasing our loyalty program.

The ideal candidate will have strong retail experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mens fashion. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding customer needs, and promoting the sustainable edit across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a memorable in-store experience through delivering extraordinary service to our customers.
  • Meeting and exceeding our customer's needs through product knowledge and building rapport.
  • Building customer loyalty through attentive services and showcasing our loyalty program.
  • Attending team briefings daily to understand targets and promotions.
  • Promote the sustainable edit across your department.
  • Being aware of product lines in other departments and introducing related products to the customer.
  • Being knowledgeable of additional services on offer throughout the store including events and promotions.
  • Maintaining the highest level of merchandising standards.
  • Replenishing stock ensuring that all items/products are out on the shop floor.
  • Learn, understand and comply with all company policy and procedures.
