Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Security Operations Manager to lead our enterprise-wide security initiatives, operations, and technologies.

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and governance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies to ensure robust security posture.
  • Manage and optimize Privileged Access Management platforms to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and oversee microsegmentation strategies and zero-trust network architecture to enhance security controls.
  • Lead the management of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificates, and cryptographic key lifecycles.
  • Direct SOC operations including 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and threat hunting to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Implement and monitor Microsoft Data Loss Prevention policies to protect sensitive data.
  • Lead vulnerability scanning, patch management, and remediation using Qualys to maintain a secure environment.
  • Ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulatory standards to minimize risk exposure.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years' progressive experience in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAAM, IAM frameworks, and Illumio.
  • In-depth knowledge of PKI, certificates, and cryptographic systems.
  • Proven SOC management experience and proficiency with Microsoft DLP.
  • Expertise in Qualys vulnerability and patch management.
  • Familiarity with SIEM platforms, cloud security, and security automation.
