Culinary Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Director to lead our award-winning culinary team. Our outlets include the Waterfront Bar & Brasserie, L'Escale Restaurant, and other food service areas.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating great dining experiences, using local produce, and adhering to high-quality standards.
- To establish and implement performance standards within the food production areas, ensuring all employees are trained in delivering excellent services.
- To prepare, cook, and present food to a consistently high standard for all food service areas.
- To achieve agreed goals and control expenditure at all levels.
- To carry out effective recruitment of employees within your department.
- To create an environment that promotes employee morale and encourages team pride and commitment.
- To accept ownership and control of departmental budgets and costs.
- To ensure all hygiene and HACCP regulations are adhered to at all times.
