Job Title: Director of Hotel Operations

The role of Director of Hotel Operations is a critical position that oversees the day-to-day activities of our hotel. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for leading our team and ensuring exceptional service is provided to all guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct supervision of staff and delegation of tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinating Health & Safety policies and HACCP plans to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and employees.
  • Recruiting and training new staff members to enhance customer service standards.
  • Working closely with management teams to develop strategies and implement changes to drive sales initiatives and achieve annual targets.
  • Managing hotel finances and resources to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Senior Manager in a busy 3/4-star hotel property.
  • Strong people management, communication, and organizational skills to lead a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Experience in training and development, with a focus on hospitality industry knowledge.
  • Proven track record in achieving results and developing staff for promotion.
  • Excellent understanding of hotel financials and employment law.
