Senior Hotel Operations Manager

A career-defining opportunity has arisen for a seasoned hospitality professional to spearhead the operations of our Accommodation and Front Office teams. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven track record in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Departmental Oversight: Ensure seamless coordination between teams, overseeing daily operations of the Front Office and Accommodation departments.
- Service Standards: Implement and monitor standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas.
- Team Development: Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and departmental KPIs.
- Revenue Growth: Maximise room occupancy and revenue through effective yield management in collaboration with the Reservations team.
- Guest Experience: Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets and control operational expenses to ensure cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Health and Safety: Maintain high health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with hotel policies and legal requirements.
