Frontline Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Frontline Manager to join our operations. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations across all departments and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Undertake managerial tasks in accordance with established standards.
  • Lead shifts, overseeing all relevant activities.
  • Ensure efficient and timely service to guests.
  • Coordinate functions and conferences hosted at the hotel.
  • Interface effectively with guests and the management team to resolve complaints swiftly.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times.
  • Assist in staff training as required.
  • Contribute to Health and Safety measures for staff, guests, and other individuals on the premises.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a comparable role in the Hospitality sector.
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
