About the role

This is a leadership position in our hotel, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Front Office and Accommodation departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between departments to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Accommodation departments.
  • Coordinate efforts with other departments to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas.
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and drive business results.
  • Analyse revenue data and implement strategies to maximise room occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
  • Maintain high health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with industry regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a Rooms Division or Front Office/Accommodation leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
